About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • L2 Support
  • Fluent French
  • Good English communication skills
  • Previous experience in IT Helpdesk, Technical Support, Service Desk, or similar roles
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Experience working with ticketing systems is an advantage
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach
