IT Helpdesk Support Specialist – French-Speaking

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist users with technical issues and troubleshooting incidents
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Act as the first point of contact for users
- Provide professional support and ensure a positive customer experience
- Manage more complex technical issues as an L2 Support Specialist
- Investigate incidents in greater depth
- Work closely with internal technical teams to resolve customer problems efficiently
Requirements
What you’ll need- L2 Support
- Fluent French
- Good English communication skills
- Previous experience in IT Helpdesk, Technical Support, Service Desk, or similar roles
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Experience working with ticketing systems is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach
