About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support customers experiencing vehicle breakdowns across Europe
- Take full ownership of customer cases and coordinate solutions from start to finish
- Communicate regularly with customers, repair centers, and service partners
- Provide timely updates regarding repair progress and service status
- Coordinate with dealers and technical teams to ensure efficient problem resolution
- Deliver outstanding customer service through proactive communication
- Identify solutions and alternative approaches when unexpected challenges arise
- Maintain accurate records and case documentation
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in a multicultural and multilingual environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent German and Dutch (written and spoken)
- Good English communication skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure
