Customer Support Specialist, German

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle customer inquiries in German via phone, email and chat
- Troubleshoot account or technical issues and escalate when necessary
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up
- Maintain high customer satisfaction
Requirements
What you’ll need- German: C2 / native
- English: B2 or higher
- EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
- Flexibility to work on-site or remotely with rotating shifts (Monday–Sunday, depending on project)
- Willingness to relocate to Greece at least one week before the start date (for on-site positions)
