About the role
- Serve as a trusted advisor to German companies to develop and implement digital advertising strategies
- Support businesses in enhancing their online presence and influencing campaign performance and sales
- Manage and optimize PPC and social media advertising campaigns
- Collaborate with digital marketing experts and internal teams
- Participate in training and ongoing career development activities
- Engage in incentive programs, internal contests, and team events
Requirements
- Fluent in German (C1 level or higher)
- Proficient in English
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 to 12 months of experience in advertising, PPC campaigns, or outbound B2B sales
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Demonstrated passion for marketing, technology, and digital advertising
- Application requests EU Passport / EU ID Card (work authorization)
- Full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
- Permanent employment contract
- Competitive gross annual salary (€24,000 – €30,000)
