About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide multilingual customer support in Croatian and English
- Handle booking requests, modifications, cancellations, and account issues
- Ensure fast and accurate resolution of customer inquiries
- Use internal systems to document and track customer interactions
- Follow structured service guidelines and quality standards
- Collaborate with international teams to improve customer experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent Croatian (C1/C2 or native level)
- Good English level (B2+)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work shifts (08:00–19:00, Monday–Sunday) on a rotational shift basis
- EU citizenship or valid residence card with full labor market access
- Open to relocation to Athens
