Travel Customer Support, French & English

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide customer support via phone, chat, and email in French and English
- Assist with booking management, cancellations, and general account inquiries
- Deliver high-quality service aligned with company policies and procedures
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive user experience
- Work with internal tools and systems to manage requests
- Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent French (C1/C2 or near-native level)
- Good English level (B2+)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts (08:00–24:00, Monday–Sunday)
- EU citizenship or valid residence card with full market access
- Willingness to relocate to Athens (or already based in Greece)
