About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and engage potential business opportunities in the German market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of strategies
- Prepare and present reports to management on sales performance, goals, and forecasts
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent German speaker with B2 level English proficiency
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related field (minimum 1-2 years)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
