Requirements
What you’ll need- Native French speaker (written and spoken)
- Positive, customer-oriented, and solution-focused attitude
- Comfortable with technology and adaptable to new tools
- Customer support experience preferred but not required
- Valid authorization to work in Portugal (EU)
- Stable internet connection and a suitable home workspace
- Availability for rotating shifts (24/7) or Monday–Friday depending on the project
