About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Diseñar y desarrollar microservicios robustos utilizando Java 17+ y Spring Boot.
Aplicar y defender patrones de diseño como Clean Architecture, Hexagonal y MVC, garantizando código mantenible y escalable.
Participar en la toma de decisiones técnicas, justificando trade-offs según el contexto.
Desarrollar e integrar APIs REST, procesos asincrónicos y arquitecturas orientadas a eventos (Queues/SQS/MQ).
Configurar, desplegar y mantener servicios en AWS, trabajando con Docker y Kubernetes.
Asegurar la calidad del código mediante tests unitarios, de integración y funcionales, bajo estándares de alta disponibilidad e idempotencia.
Incorporar herramientas de IA (Copilot, Cursor, entre otras) para optimizar el ciclo de desarrollo.

What you’ll need

3 a 5 años de experiencia en desarrollo backend con Java (17+) y Spring Boot.
Sólidos conocimientos teóricos y prácticos, con capacidad de explicar el “por qué” de las decisiones técnicas.
Experiencia en AWS (SQS, DynamoDB, S3, Lambda, entre otros), con autonomía para configurar infraestructura.
Manejo de bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales (modelado y optimización).
Experiencia con Git, GitLab y pipelines de CI/CD (Jenkins o similares).
