About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information.

- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
- Accurately document interactions and maintain customer records in the CRM system.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Native or fluent in Danish; proficient in English (B2 or higher).
- Previous experience in customer service, support, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- A customer-first mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Interest in the automotive or electrical vehicle industry is a plus.
