Junior Lead Generation Executive, Cantonese Speaking

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and generate new business leads through outbound calls, emails, and other channels
- Qualify potential prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities
- Understand customer needs and present suitable solutions
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and activities in the CRM system
- Work closely with internal teams to achieve business targets
- Meet individual and team KPIs on lead generation performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Candidate must be fluent in Cantonese
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales / Telesales / Business Development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Confident speaking with customers and handling objections
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive attitude
