Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent Czech and good command of English (written and spoken).
Strong customer service skills and communication abilities.
Ability to demonstrate empathy and maintain a positive attitude with customers.
Strong problem-solving skills and rational decision-making.
Good understanding of e-commerce environments and online platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage peaks in contact volumes.
Flexibility to work rotational shifts including weekends.
