About the role

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the DACH market
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outreach
  • Present company products/services effectively to decision-makers
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the Account Executive team
  • Maintain accurate records of activities in CRM systems
  • Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven cold calling / outbound sales experience
  • Native or fluent German (C1–C2 level required)
  • Good command of English (B2 or higher)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable handling objections
  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria
