About the role

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the Benelux market
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities
  • Engage with decision-makers and present company products/services
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the Account Executive team
  • Maintain accurate records of activities in CRM systems
  • Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven cold calling / outbound sales experience
  • Native or fluent Dutch (C1–C2 level required)
  • Good command of English (B2 or higher)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
  • Target-driven mindset with high resilience
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
  • Willingness to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria
