About the role
- Act as the first point of contact for potential B2B clients
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities
- Drive the early stages of the sales cycle through outbound activities
- Engage with decision-makers and build strong client relationships
- Position advanced cloud solutions based on business needs
- Collaborate with solution specialists to maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Gather customer feedback and share insights internally
Requirements
- Fluent, C2 Level Danish and fluent English
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales
- Experience in the tech industry is preferred
- Background in IT sales, account management, or customer management is a plus
- Experience with CRM systems such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce
- Comfortable working with KPIs and sales targets
- Nice to have: Experience with cloud solutions (Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics, etc.)
- Microsoft Fundamentals certification
