About the role
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media
- Engage with potential customers in Dutch and English to introduce products or services
- Research target accounts to understand key decision-makers and business needs
- Work closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers to develop and execute prospecting strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and pipeline goals
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions and maintain strong product knowledge
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (C1) and English (B2+) – both written and spoken
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or lead generation is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive, results-driven, and resilient mindset
- Ability to understand client needs and tailor your approach accordingly
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model (partly from the office, partly from home)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
