About the role

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media
  • Engage with potential customers in Dutch and English to introduce products or services
  • Research target accounts to understand key decision-makers and business needs
  • Work closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers to develop and execute prospecting strategies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and pipeline goals
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions and maintain strong product knowledge

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (C1) and English (B2+) – both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or lead generation is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, results-driven, and resilient mindset
  • Ability to understand client needs and tailor your approach accordingly
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid model (partly from the office, partly from home)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
