About the role
- Provide high-quality support to customers via inbound calls (email support may be added later).
- Address customer inquiries such as: Store locations and product availability, Online returns and complaint management, Product reservations and stock checks.
- Deliver exceptional service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Participate actively in team meetings, training, and engagement events.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (C1/C2) mandatory.
- Residence in Turkey with eligibility to work remotely.
- Solid computer literacy and ability to navigate online systems.
- Access to a smartphone for secure VPN login verification.
