About the role
- Implement and further develop ITSM modules in ServiceNow
- Independently manage customer projects – from requirements analysis to go-live
- Collaborate with an agile, interdisciplinary team
- Design and optimize ServiceNow solutions according to customer requirements
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end users
Requirements
- Solid experience with ServiceNow, particularly in configuring and customizing ITSM modules
- Understanding of ITIL processes and ideally relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation)
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
- Very good German language skills
