About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Management and further development of assigned key accounts
  • Building long-term customer relationships and strategic partnerships
  • Analyzing customer needs and developing customized solutions and proposals
  • Preparing, pricing, and negotiating offers, tenders, and contracts
  • Coordinating with Trading, Logistics, and Operations to ensure smooth processes
  • Managing contracts and handling communication and coordination for deviations
  • Analyzing market and price developments (especially metal prices)
  • Responsible for forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development in an industrial environment
  • Experience in at least one of the following areas: battery recycling, metal recycling, commodity trading, OEM, or raw materials
  • Strong understanding of pricing, offer calculations, and tenders
  • Experience with international customers and complex supply chains
  • Fluent German and English skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and data-driven work
