About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute the demand generation strategy end-to-end across paid, organic, email, and partner-sourced channels
  • Build and manage integrated campaigns that move prospects from awareness to pipeline
  • Develop and maintain nurture programs tied to buyer stage, persona, and product interest
  • Collaborate with BDRs to align campaign intent with outbound sequencing
  • Own the marketing tech stack (HubSpot), CRM integration, and attribution reporting
  • Build dashboards tracking MQLs, SALs, pipeline sourced, and influenced
  • Run A/B tests on messaging, offers, and channel mix
  • Manage paid media programs (LinkedIn, Google, sponsorships)
  • Write campaign-related copy when needed
  • Coordinate with product marketing on content amplification
  • Support partner co-marketing programs
  • Jump in on whatever the team needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
  • At least 2 years in cybersecurity, observability, or enterprise software
  • Proven track record of building and executing integrated campaigns that generate measurable pipeline
  • Experience managing marketing programs for both commercial enterprise and Federal/SLED segments
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems like Salesforce
  • Deep familiarity with LinkedIn campaign management and paid search
  • Experience building account-based marketing (ABM) programs
  • Comfort operating across the full funnel
