About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute the demand generation strategy end-to-end across paid, organic, email, and partner-sourced channels
- Build and manage integrated campaigns that move prospects from awareness to pipeline
- Develop and maintain nurture programs tied to buyer stage, persona, and product interest
- Collaborate with BDRs to align campaign intent with outbound sequencing
- Own the marketing tech stack (HubSpot), CRM integration, and attribution reporting
- Build dashboards tracking MQLs, SALs, pipeline sourced, and influenced
- Run A/B tests on messaging, offers, and channel mix
- Manage paid media programs (LinkedIn, Google, sponsorships)
- Write campaign-related copy when needed
- Coordinate with product marketing on content amplification
- Support partner co-marketing programs
- Jump in on whatever the team needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
- At least 2 years in cybersecurity, observability, or enterprise software
- Proven track record of building and executing integrated campaigns that generate measurable pipeline
- Experience managing marketing programs for both commercial enterprise and Federal/SLED segments
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems like Salesforce
- Deep familiarity with LinkedIn campaign management and paid search
- Experience building account-based marketing (ABM) programs
- Comfort operating across the full funnel
