• Build, lead, and scale the field engineering team, establishing best practices and processes for technical pre-sales and post-sales support
• Partner with Sales to drive technical win strategies, lead product demonstrations, and conduct proof-of-concept implementations
• Serve as the technical authority in customer engagements, articulating Crogl's value proposition to security leaders and technical practitioners
• Design and deliver technical workshops, training sessions, and enablement programs for customers and partners

Field Engineering Leader

Account Executive

• Own and manage the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and close
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals
• Develop deep relationships with security leaders including CISOs, SOC Directors, and security operations managers
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer pain points, security workflows, and business requirements
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that articulate Crogl's value proposition
• Partner with Field Engineering and Solutions teams to design and execute proof-of-concept engagements
• Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, procurement processes, and technical evaluations
• Accurately forecast sales activity and maintain detailed records in CRM systems
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive customer outcomes and gather market insights
• Represent Crogl at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings
