About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
Contribute to an enjoyable team environment by sharing suggestions, ideas and concerns
Learn and assist across consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management
Support daily retail operations, including POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty program promotion, cleanliness, and recovery standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be 16 years or older
Possess at least O Level or above
Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in retail
Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
Flexible to work rotational shifts, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and email
Able to operate a retail Point of Sale system
Desire to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment
