About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the C.H.A.R.M service model
  • Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns
  • Assist with daily retail operations, including consumer service, POS management, stock room management, replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty program promotion, cleanliness, and recovery standards
  • Coordinate, delegate, and prioritize store-wide tasks with the Store Manager
  • Stay informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives and share product knowledge with consumers
  • Follow Asset Protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance policies
  • Partner with Store Management to improve sales performance, individual KPIs, and team results

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • 2–3 years of retail experience, with preference for prior store leadership experience
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Regular attendance and punctuality
  • Desire to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment
  • Proven ability to inspire and empower teams while driving performance and achieving results
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record may be required if driving is an essential job function
  • Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment
  • Ability to place and arrange items on shelves and racks
  • Ability to climb and descend ladders while carrying merchandise
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance
  • Ability to stand and move around the store for at least 8 hours per shift
  • Ability to stand, walk, kneel, or balance for extended periods
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, reports, and computer/register screen information and input information into a computer
