About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns
Recruit and staff the store to maintain consistent coverage and support seasonal needs
Lead the team in achieving sales, customer service, and product engagement metrics
Own daily retail operations, including POS management, stock replenishment, pricing, markdowns, loyalty growth, cleanliness, and recovery standards
Coordinate, delegate, and prioritize tasks to ensure smooth store operations and completion of daily responsibilities
Serve as a Crocs brand ambassador by communicating product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives
Follow Asset Protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be 18 years or older
4+ years of retail experience; prior Store Manager experience preferred
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
Regular attendance and punctuality
Desire to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment
Proven ability to inspire and empower teams while driving performance and results
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record may be required if driving is an essential job function
Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment
Ability to arrange items on shelves and racks
Ability to climb and descend ladders while carrying merchandise
Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance
Ability to remain on feet for at least 8 hours per shift and move continuously around the store
Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and balance for extended periods
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, reports, and computer/register screens
Ability to input information into a computer
