About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
  • Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns
  • Drive recruitment and staffing to ensure year-round store coverage
  • Lead the team in achieving sales, customer service, and product engagement metrics
  • Own daily retail operations, including POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown execution, loyalty growth, cleanliness, and recovery standards
  • Coordinate, delegate, and prioritize tasks to maintain smooth store operations
  • Stay informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives and share knowledge with consumers
  • Adhere to Asset Protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • 4+ years of retail experience
  • Prior Store Manager experience preferred
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Regular attendance and punctuality
  • Desire to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment
  • Proven ability to inspire and empower teams while driving performance and results
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record may be required if driving is an essential job function
  • Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment
  • Ability to place and arrange items on shelves and racks
  • Ability to climb and descend ladders while carrying merchandise
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance
  • Ability to stand and remain on feet for at least 8 hours per shift
  • Ability to stand, walk, kneel, or balance for extended periods
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, reports, and computer/register screen information
  • Ability to input information into a computer
