About the role
- Lead site’s safety culture through engagement with associates
- Facilitate Safety Steering Committee and lead monthly safety meetings
- Develop and maintain site-specific safety policies and training programs
- Conduct incident investigations and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
- Supervise security access controls and manage building access systems
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3 - 5 years of experience in distribution center safety, security, or compliance roles
- 1 year of supervision experience
- Solid understanding of OSHA regulations
- Experience with surveillance systems and facility security operations
- Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills
