About the role

  • Oversee all opening and closing procedures for the store
  • Educate team members on products and promotions
  • Drive daily sales targets to achieve company goals and initiatives
  • Deliver outstanding service using the V.I.B.E.S service model
  • Lead the store team in surpassing performance metrics including sales and consumer service
  • Apply analytical thinking and company reporting to find opportunities within the store
  • Lead visual presentation, product flow, replenishment, and operational standards
  • Build a welcoming, inclusive environment that promotes internal growth and external talent networks
  • Coordinate, delegate, prioritize, and meet store deadlines with effective follow-up
  • Encourage team suggestions, ideas, and concerns to improve operations
  • Assist in consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room management
  • Support POS system management and use, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, promoting loyalty programs, maintaining cleanliness and recovery standards
  • Adhere to Asset Protection policies including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • 4+ years of total retail experience, preferably with previous Store Manager experience
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to challenge, empower, and drive team results
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record may be required
  • Flexibility in work schedule including availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment to and from the backroom and sales floor
  • Ability to place and arrange items on all shelves and racks
  • Ability to climb and descend ladders carrying merchandise
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance
  • Ability to be on your feet for at least 8 hours per shift and continuously move around the store
  • Ability to stand, walk, kneel, or balance for duration of time
  • Ability to read instructions, reports, and information on computer/register screens and key information into the computer
