About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our V.I.B.E.S service model
- Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns
- Drive recruitment and staffing efforts for consistent store coverage throughout the year
- Lead the team in achieving performance metrics including sales and customer service
- Own and lead all daily retail operations including cash handling and maintaining store readiness
- Serve as a brand ambassador and stay informed about product collaborations and launches
- Adhere to all HEYDUDE policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be 18 years or older
- 4+ years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior Store Manager experience
- Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours
- Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment
- Proven track record inspiring and empowering teams while driving performance and achieving results
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record if driving is an essential job function
