Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
1–3 years of experience in sales, merchandising, or operations; retail, wholesale, or footwear experience preferred
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Clear, professional communication skills
Knowledge of U.S. retail and wholesale landscape
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to travel as needed (including overnights) and lift up to 40 lbs
