Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define the creative direction for partnerships and collectibles, ensuring collaboration feels balanced and brand-right
  • Develop concepts that harmonize two brands, creating something new
  • Oversee creative across campaigns, film, photography, packaging, e-commerce, and retail environments
  • Translate partnership strategy into compelling narratives driving cultural relevance and consumer excitement

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Merchandising, and external collaborators to align creative with business and cultural opportunity
  • Ensure all outputs reflect a high level of quality, cohesion, and attention to detail
  • Manage multiple partners, timelines, and expectations while maintaining creative clarity
  • Communicate ideas and creative direction confidently to internal leadership and external partners
  • Bring awareness of trends, collaborators, and cultural movements to identify meaningful partnership opportunities
  • Stay curious and open to innovation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
  • At least 10+ years of experience in creative roles across brand, agency, or in-house teams
  • At least 3+ years leading and developing creative teams
  • Strong experience in brand collaborations, partnerships, or cultural marketing
  • Proven ability to lead work across campaigns, packaging, retail, and digital touchpoints
  • Expert-level art direction, design, and or copywriting skills
  • Strong storytelling and concept development abilities
  • Experience working with external partners, collaborators, and talent
  • Ability to manage complex projects with multiple collaborators
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to craft across all outputs
  • Understanding of consumer insights, trends, and cultural dynamics.
