About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define the creative direction for partnerships and collectibles, ensuring collaboration feels balanced and brand-right
- Develop concepts that harmonize two brands, creating something new
- Oversee creative across campaigns, film, photography, packaging, e-commerce, and retail environments
- Translate partnership strategy into compelling narratives driving cultural relevance and consumer excitement
- Shape how collaborations come to life through packaging, collectibles, and in-hand experiences
- Guide a multidisciplinary team across art direction, design, and copy, setting a high bar for both thinking and execution
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Merchandising, and external collaborators to align creative with business and cultural opportunity
- Ensure all outputs reflect a high level of quality, cohesion, and attention to detail
- Manage multiple partners, timelines, and expectations while maintaining creative clarity
- Communicate ideas and creative direction confidently to internal leadership and external partners
- Bring awareness of trends, collaborators, and cultural movements to identify meaningful partnership opportunities
- Stay curious and open to innovation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
- At least 10+ years of experience in creative roles across brand, agency, or in-house teams
- At least 3+ years leading and developing creative teams
- Strong experience in brand collaborations, partnerships, or cultural marketing
- Proven ability to lead work across campaigns, packaging, retail, and digital touchpoints
- Expert-level art direction, design, and or copywriting skills
- Strong storytelling and concept development abilities
- Experience working with external partners, collaborators, and talent
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple collaborators
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to craft across all outputs
- Understanding of consumer insights, trends, and cultural dynamics.
