Key responsibilities & impact

Define and drive the Product Creation Calendar & Process Management for Personalization category
Manage and deconflict multi-season overlap
Ensure all product-to-market deliverables are timely
Map and measure the performance of every step in the Product to Market process
Establish repeatable processes to support product lifecycle and continual optimization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, Supply Chain or related degree with expertise in Product Creation, Retail and Management
8+ years of dynamic operations and/or strategy experience
Deep knowledge of product to market process and end-to-end product operations
Prior experience working for a highly matrixed global company
Strong leadership and teamwork skills
Ability to find the root cause of issues and objectively find the best solutions
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
