About the role
- Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model
- Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns
- Assist with daily retail operations, including consumer service, POS system management, and maintaining store cleanliness
- Oversee store-wide operations in partnership with Store Manager
- Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- 2-3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles
- Flexibility in work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Proven track record inspiring and empowering teams while driving performance and achieving results
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record may be required if driving is an essential job function
