About the role
- Responsible for leading the Commercialization, Production Planning, Manufacturing Operations & Centre of Excellence (COE) functions for Crocs brand
- Manage Leadership expectations around New Product Introduction, Country of Origin Diversification and Partner excellence
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align goals, strategies and execution road maps
- Track key performance indicators & deliver actionable insights through regular reporting & analysis
- Innovate by championing new tools, technologies, and processes that improve efficiency and scalability
- Achieve operational excellence through continuous improvement & challenging status quo.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in business, Supply Chain or related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Sourcing or Manufacturing Operations, with at least 5 years in Leadership role, Footwear background is a must
- Proven leadership in managing regional or global sourcing operations
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic planning skills
- Experience in managing supplier relationships & contract negotiations
- Effective communicator with executive presence
- Proficient in oral and written English communication.
