About the role
- Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying C.H.A.R.M service model
- Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns
- Assist with daily retail operations like consumer service, POS management, and stock room management
- Oversee store-wide operations in partnership with Store Manager
- Serve as a brand ambassador knowledgeable about product collaborations and launches
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- 2-3 years of retail experience with preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles
- Flexibility in work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Proven track record inspiring and empowering teams while driving performance
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record may be required if driving is an essential job function.
