About the role
- Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using C.H.A.R.M service model
- Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas and feedback
- Assist in all store departments, including POS management and merchandising
- Lead by example on the sales floor to achieve sales goals
- Manage day-to-day team activities, delegating tasks and monitoring progress
- Serve as a brand ambassador with product knowledge and brand initiatives
- Adhere to all Crocs policies including asset protection and compliance initiatives
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- 2-3 years of retail experience, preferable in a store leadership role
- Flexibility in work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment
- Ability to place and arrange items on shelves and racks
- Ability to climb and descend ladders while carrying merchandise
- Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, or balance for a duration of time
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, reports, and information on computer/register screens
