About the role
- Deliver outstanding service to our customers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
- Establish and nurture relationships with customers, team members, and the community, demonstrating a passion for selling and finding innovative ways to engage customers.
- Lead the store team to meet and exceed performance metrics, including sales, customer service, and charms.
- Coordinate, delegate, prioritize, meet store deadlines, and follow up on daily activities.
- Contribute to a positive team environment that encourages sharing suggestions, ideas, and concerns.
- Learn and assist in various store departments, including customer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stockroom management.
- Support team members in the daily execution of retail operations, including POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty program promotion, and maintaining cleanliness and recovery standards.
- Adhere to Crocs, Inc. Asset Protection policies and procedures, including loss prevention, inventory control, and compliance processes.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of retail experience overall, with preference for candidates who have held prior store leadership roles
- Proven leadership skills with a drive to challenge, empower, and achieve team results
- Strong communication skills in the local language and English (written and verbal) to effectively connect with store teams, operations managers, district managers, and corporate partners
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours; regular attendance is essential
- Genuine enthusiasm for retail and sales, with a passion for creating memorable shopping experiences for customers
- Proactive approach to completing tasks efficiently and with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with various POS systems
