About the role
- Partner with People Managers to align people strategies with business goals.
- Contribute to organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development.
- Manage complex employee relations cases and ensure legal HR compliance.
- Coach managers on team dynamics, performance, and employee relations.
- Lead talent initiatives such as succession planning and leadership development.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and COEs to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- Analyze HR data to inform decision-making and program development.
- Support employees throughout the lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Serve as a first point of contact for HR inquiries.
- Identify training needs and collaborate with COEs on development programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in HR or HR Business Partnering, preferably in a multinational setting.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and coaching skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive HR issues with confidentiality.
- Agile mindset with a balance of strategy and execution.
- Proven success in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Collaborative and committed to continuous improvement.
