About the role

  • Deliver outstanding service to our customers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
  • Lead the store team to exceed performance metrics including sales, customer service and C.H.A.R.M. standards
  • Use analytical thinking and company reporting to identify opportunities within the store, empowering the team to make strategic decisions
  • Oversee visual presentation, product flow, replenishment, and operational standards across the store
  • Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment that promotes internal growth and builds an external network of talent
  • Coordinate, delegate, prioritize, and meet store deadlines while ensuring effective follow-up on daily activities
  • Help create a team environment that encourages sharing suggestions, ideas, and concerns while upholding Crocs, Inc. values
  • Learn and assist in various areas including customer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stockroom management
  • Support team members in the daily execution of retail operations (e.g., POS system management and usage, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes seasonally, promoting loyalty programs, maintaining cleanliness and recovery standards)
  • Adhere to Crocs, Inc. Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures

Requirements

  • 4+ years of retail experience overall, preferably including previous Store Manager experience
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to challenge, empower, and drive team results
  • Strong communication skills in English and the local language (written and verbal) to effectively connect with store team members, operations managers, district managers, and corporate partners
  • Demonstrated success setting and delivering store KPIs and building customer loyalty
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours; regular attendance is essential
  • Genuine enthusiasm for retail and sales, with a passion for creating memorable shopping experiences for all customers
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and team members
  • Proactive approach to completing tasks efficiently with attention to detail
  • Proficiency with MS Office and various POS systems
  • Commitment to representing Crocs as a proud brand ambassador, embodying the brand’s values and contributing to its success
