About the role
- Partner with People Managers to align people strategies with business goals
- Contribute to organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development
- Manage complex employee relations cases and ensure legal HR compliance
- Coach managers on team dynamics, performance, and employee relations
- Lead talent initiatives such as succession planning and leadership development
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and COEs to deliver integrated HR solutions
- Analyze HR data to inform decision-making and program development
- Support employees throughout the lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
- Serve as a first point of contact for HR inquiries
- Identify training needs and collaborate with COEs on development programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in HR or HR Business Partnering, preferably in a multinational setting
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and coaching skills
- Ability to manage sensitive HR issues with confidentiality
- Agile mindset with a balance of strategy and execution
- Proven success in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Collaborative and committed to continuous improvement
