About the role

  • Lead a dedicated team of associates and store leaders daily to create exceptional customer experiences.
  • Your focus will be to drive sales, deliver outstanding customer service, maintain visual presentation standards, and develop talent within the store.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service using our C.H.A.R.M service model.
  • Lead the store team to exceed performance indicators, including sales, customer service, and C.H.A.R.M metrics.
  • Use analytical thinking and corporate reporting to identify in-store opportunities that enable the team to make strategic decisions.
  • Oversee visual merchandising, product flow, replenishment, and overall store operational standards.
  • Create and foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that supports internal growth and develops an external talent network.
  • Coordinate, delegate, prioritize, and meet store deadlines while ensuring effective follow-up of daily activities.
  • Contribute to building a team environment that encourages sharing suggestions, ideas, and concerns while upholding Crocs Inc. values.
  • Learn and assist across various functions such as customer service, product knowledge, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Support team members in executing daily retail operations, including operating the point-of-sale (POS) system, restocking inventory, assisting with pricing and seasonal sale processes, promoting loyalty programs, maintaining cleanliness and recovery standards, etc.
  • Adhere to Crocs, Inc. asset protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance processes.

Requirements

  • More than 4 years of total retail experience, preferably with prior experience as a Store Manager.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to challenge, empower, and drive team results.
  • Strong communication skills in English and the local language (written and spoken) to successfully communicate with store team members, operations managers, district managers, and corporate partners.
  • Demonstrated success in setting and achieving store KPIs and in customer retention.
  • Flexible work availability, including nights, weekends, public holidays, and extended hours; regular attendance is essential.
  • A genuine passion for retail and sales, with a commitment to creating memorable shopping experiences for all customers.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, building rapport with customers and team members.
  • A proactive approach to completing tasks effectively with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and various Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  • A commitment to representing Crocs as a proud brand ambassador, embodying brand values and contributing to its success.
