- Own and drive the sandals category with a consumer-first, data-meets-creativity approach
- Develop and implement a growth plan balancing short-term outcomes and long-term brand vision
- Expand the sandals business through good/better/best assortments and compelling Go To Market ideas
- Protect core franchises while driving newness, innovation, and whitespace opportunities
- Translate consumer, competitor, and data insights into strategic product growth paths
- Lead seasonal line planning, achievement presentations, and category strategy rollouts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, development, merchandising, planning, advertising, and retail teams
- Manage and develop direct reports, mentoring and empowering team members
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years+ of experience in category management or product line management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong product creativity and vision with ability to spot opportunities and drive category innovation
- Proven management experience with a track record of building and developing strong teams
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels
- Forward-thinking outlook with initiative, adaptability, and readiness to take charge
