About the role

  • Lead paid media strategy across search, social, display, affiliate, app, and owned channels
  • Optimize media mix and budgets to exceed performance goals
  • Execute CRM strategies via email, Kakao, app, etc., to boost repeat purchases and lifetime value
  • Drive promotions, digital launches, and live commerce initiatives
  • Track KPIs using tools like Adobe Analytics

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Strong expertise in performance media and CRM
  • Experience in eCommerce and marketplaces preferred
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fluent in Korean; business-level English proficiency preferred
  • Experience with SAP, SFCC, Adobe Analytics, and internal systems is a plus.
