About the role
- Lead paid media strategy across search, social, display, affiliate, app, and owned channels
- Optimize media mix and budgets to exceed performance goals
- Execute CRM strategies via email, Kakao, app, etc., to boost repeat purchases and lifetime value
- Drive promotions, digital launches, and live commerce initiatives
- Track KPIs using tools like Adobe Analytics
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong expertise in performance media and CRM
- Experience in eCommerce and marketplaces preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluent in Korean; business-level English proficiency preferred
- Experience with SAP, SFCC, Adobe Analytics, and internal systems is a plus.
