About the role
- Deliver accurate SEA forecasts using historical data, commercial input, and marketing plans
- Manage in-season reforecasting to optimize inventory and capture sales opportunities
- Partner with Merchandising on buy depth, SKU mix, and account strategy
- Act as planning partner to distributors
- Monitor inventory levels and forward cover, flagging excess or shortages early
- Support rollout of new planning tools and templates
- Champion forecast accuracy and KPI reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Demand Planning within the FMCG industry
- Deep understanding of demand planning methodologies, inventory management, and Open-to-Buy (OTB) modeling
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Proficient in Planning Software and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong commercial acumen and confidence in managing relationships with external customers
