Oversee the full product execution lifecycle, from design pack communication with factories to production and shipment coordination.
Manage on-time delivery and quality of samples (prototypes, SMS, CFM) and production, ensuring alignment with Crocs’ quality and personalization standards.
Define and implement factory expectations across quality, delivery, lean manufacturing, social compliance, sustainability, costing, and planning.
Drive continuous improvement by optimizing production processes, reducing waste, and challenging existing standards to enhance speed and efficiency.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with Tier 1 & Tier 2 suppliers, addressing performance issues and promoting strategic collaboration.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (materials, planning, quality, costing, innovation, compliance, testing, packaging) to support commercialization and capacity planning.
Lead production transfer activities, resolve customer complaint investigations, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
Apply strategic thinking to improve manufacturing operations and support the evolution of personalized product development in the region.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, or a related field – or equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in footwear development and commercialization, including sampling, material planning, and factory execution.
Strong technical knowledge of footwear or accessories or toy manufacturing: product construction, EVA injection tooling, materials, molds, and costing.
Proven ability to manage timelines, multiple projects, and cross-functional communications under pressure.
Strong understanding of regional cultural differences, with highly proactive and cooperative working style.
Fluent in English (oral & written); Vietnamese, Mandarin Chinese skills are a plus.
