• Lead the development of paid brand social plans across NA, EMEA + APAC for Crocs’ key product stories ranging from the Classic Clog to Echo to one of our many Collaborations.
• Own strategy and planning before handing off to an execution team.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure that paid social campaigns and content support the seasonal integrated marketing plan, seamlessly supporting brand and product storytelling and growth.
• Collaborate closely with Brand Media team to ensure the role of paid social is aligned with overarching brand media strategy globally.
• Partner with execution team to ensure smooth transition from strategy and planning to execution and reporting.
• Frequent communication is required to facilitate alignment to the strategy and a high-functioning and collaborative partnership.
• Identify and support innovation opportunities to help keep Crocs at the forefront of the digital world.
• Communicate with the International Markets to stay on top of local trends and educate on optimal social approach.
• Hire for and provide leadership and guidance to the new global paid brand social team as it is built out.
