About the role

  • Act as the technical authority for cyber security–driven opportunities, supporting sales teams and leading customer engagements across regulated and safety-critical domains.
  • Define and own cyber security solution concepts aligned with customer risk profiles, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
  • Provide technical leadership and oversight to delivery teams, ensuring secure-by-design implementation aligned with proposed architectures and best practices.
  • Stay current with emerging cyber security threats, technologies, and regulations, translating insights into improved solutions and offerings.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in cyber security and secure systems engineering, with 10+ years overall and several years in senior or principal technical roles, including pre-sales support, solution architecture, and technical leadership.
  • Deep expertise in cyber security architecture, risk management, and secure engineering, ideally in regulated or safety-critical environments, with strong knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, IEC 62443, DO-326A/ED-202A, GDPR).
  • Strong customer and business orientation, with the ability to build trusted relationships, support commercial activities, and contribute to complex project delivery across international markets (Central Europe, Northern Europe, and the US).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders, mentor engineers, and guide both sales and delivery teams.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security or a related field (Master’s preferred), with fluency in English (German is a plus).
