About the role
- Act as a catalyst to stimulate and accelerate strategic alignment, collaboration, and innovation across the Critical Software ecosystem
- Facilitate strategic connections, partnerships, and co-investments
- Inspire and lead ecosystem-wide initiatives and collaborative projects
- Champion communications and initiatives that underscore the ecosystem’s unique role in enabling Critical Ventures' strategy and investment success
- Identify, evaluate, and advance ecosystem interactions
- Track and report on catalytic initiatives
- Revamp the company website
- Manage and orchestrate the global ecosystem marketing strategy
- Lead and coordinate social media activity
- Plan, organise, and execute a series of ecosystem events internationally
Requirements
- At least 5 years’ experience working with startups or as a founder
- Marketing or entrepreneurial background
- Good understanding of the startup ecosystem
- Passion for high-tech innovation
- Proactive, innovative mindset and entrepreneurial drive
- Advanced networking and relationship-building skills
- Influential communicator with a talent for inspiring collaboration
- Strong project leadership and facilitation capabilities
- Analytical and strategic integration expertise
- Experience in digital marketing, website management, and event coordination across international markets
