About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Travel to schools and facilities nationwide to conduct on-site mapping visits
Verify and update emergency response maps using CRG's proprietary mapping tools
Use an iPad to complete drawings, mark-ups, and site documentation
Ensure all mapping data is accurate, complete, and meets CRG quality standards
Communicate professionally with school administrators and project stakeholders
Submit daily reports and documentation through digital platforms
Support multiple active projects across multiple states simultaneously

Requirements

What you’ll need

Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including multi-week assignments
Comfortable using an iPad for field drawings, mark-ups, and documentation
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods during on-site visits (up to 3 hours per site)
Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
Ability to travel by personal vehicle, rental car, and air travel as needed
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with email, phone, and standard digital communication tools
