About the role
- Oversee and manage the distributed fundraising program
- Serve as point person to coordinate and promote success
- Onboard new Indivisible groups to the program
- Facilitate transfer of funds for local groups
- Work with legal team for compliance
- Develop trainings, resources, and toolkits
- Communicate effectively with Indivisible group leaders
- Collaborate with organizing team to support their knowledge
- Provide coaching and professional development
- Assist with team-wide efforts for movement support
Requirements
- 4-5 years of relevant professional experience
- at least 3 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising or program management work
- Good judgment and interpersonal skills in written and verbal communication
- Excellent customer service skills
- Superior organizational skills
- Ability to successfully collaborate and coordinate across teams
- Strong writing skills
- Alignment on the core values and strategy of the Indivisible Project
