About the role
- Manage the content calendar and track progress of deliverables
- Organize content repositories and publish approved content across channels
- Write and adapt a variety of content formats (e.g., blog posts, emails, social media)
- Edit and optimize content for SEO and brand consistency
- Ensure visual assets follow brand guidelines and are optimized for digital use
- Maintain brand voice and tone across all content
- Support content audits and updates to guidelines as needed
- Stay informed on trends in smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0
- Support sales enablement with collateral such as pitch decks and solution briefs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in B2B content creation, ideally in manufacturing, industrial tech, enterprise software, or SaaS
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt messaging for technical and executive audiences
- Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), marketing tools (e.g., Dynamics 365), presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Good understanding of SEO best practices and tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz
- Experience managing content calendars and supporting integrated marketing campaigns
- Excellent writing and speaking skills in both English and Portuguese
